In 180 operating jewelry companies of Ukraine, among the final beneficiaries are citizens of foreign countries, and the most common owners are from Israel, Turkey, and Russia, according to Opendatabot data. published on August 17, 2026, and the analysis of the Experts Club think tank.
Citizens of Israel are listed among the beneficiaries of 22 jewelry companies, Turkey — 20, Russia — 19. Foreign business owners also include citizens of Georgia, the United States, Uzbekistan, Switzerland, China, and other countries.
At the same time, one company can simultaneously have several ultimate beneficiaries with the citizenship of different states, so these indicators cannot be summarized to determine the total number of enterprises.
Separately Opendatabot analyzed companies with Russian beneficiaries. Of the 19 active companies whose owners are citizens of the Russian Federation, only one has shown revenue for the past two years — the Belotserkovskiy Jewelry Factory.
At the same time, its last recorded revenue was only UAH 10.9 thousand for 2023.
Among all jewelry companies with foreign beneficiaries, only 32 submitted financial statements for 2025. enterprises.
In particular, reports were submitted by 11 companies with owners who are citizens of Israel, five with beneficiaries from the USA, four from Switzerland, as well as two companies each with owners from Turkey and China.
In total, 1,282 jewelry companies were registered in Ukraine as of the end of July 2026. Thus, foreign beneficiaries are present in approximately 14% of the legal entities of the industry — this indicator follows from the conclusions of the Experts Club analytical center and a comparison of the data published by Opendatabot.
Together with FOPs, 7,865 enterprises are currently operating in the jewelry sector of the country. At the same time, legal entities demonstrate more stable dynamics: their number has been increasing for five years in a row, and in 2025 the number of new companies exceeded the number of closed ones by 54.
