The appointment of a new manager of IDS Ukraine's corporate rights should not directly affect the current operational activities of the group's enterprises, said the general director of IDS Ukraine, Marko Tkachuk.
"The appointment of the manager concerns only corporate rights and shares. It should not affect the daily operational processes of enterprises," he said in an interview with "Interfax-Ukraine".
According to Tkachuk, the company expects to continue working normally under the leadership of the current management team.
Corporate rights of IDS Ukraine have been under arrest since 2022. According to the company, the payment of dividends to all shareholders is blocked, and currency transactions are undergoing bank compliance. During the period of the full-scale war, according to its management, the group paid more than UAH 4.5 billion in taxes and allocated about UAH 730 million to charity.
ARMA, for its part, continues the procedure of selecting a new asset manager. An electronic auction was held on September 7, 2026, in which five bidders participated. The next stage is the verification and evaluation of the proposal of the participant who offered the lowest cost of services. After determining the winner, ARMA intends to enter into a management agreement.
ARMA links the seized assets of IDS Ukraine to Russian businessman Mykhailo Fridman, who is under sanctions. The agency declares that the task of the new manager should be to preserve the economic value of enterprises, jobs and revenues to the state budget.
The IDS Ukraine group includes water producers under the brands "Morshinska", "Myrhorodska" and "Alaska".
