After the restoration of mandatory statistical reporting, in 2026, Ukrainian enterprises will again need to comply with the data submission deadlines set by the State Statistics Service. At the same time, the set of statistical forms for different companies is different and depends on the type of activity and the inclusion of the enterprise in a specific state statistical observation.
How to find out what a specific company must submit
State Statistics uses the service "My reporting", in which the enterprise can check the list of forms according to which it is involved in statistical observations. To receive information, a qualified electronic signature is required - KEP.
In addition, the official portal of the State Statistics Service has published a calendar for the submission of forms of state statistical observations and financial reporting for 2026.
Depending on the company's activities, the statistician may request information on production, sales, services, the number of employees and wages, freight and passenger transportation, agriculture, foreign economic operations and others indicators The list of forms for 2026 has been published by the State Statistics Service itself.
At the same time, financial statements are submitted to statistical authorities by legal entities that are required to keep accounting records and submit such statements in accordance with the law. The State Statistics Service, in particular, indicates this in the reporting calendar for 2026.
Is it necessary to report FOP
Most natural persons - entrepreneurs do not submit statistical reports. However, the FOP may be included in a specific state statistical survey depending on the type of activity. In this case, the appropriate form appears in the "Respondent's Cabinet" and must be submitted within the prescribed period.
State Statistics gives as examples FOPs engaged in industrial production, passenger or freight road transportation.
How to submit reports
Reporting can be submitted electronically through the official free "Respondent's Cabinet" or through compatible specialized software. The cabinet shows the forms directly related to a specific enterprise or private enterprise, the deadlines for their submission and instructions.
What fines are provided for
According to Opendatabot data with reference to the current norms of administrative responsibility, for failure to submit statistical reports, violation of deadlines, submission of incomplete or inaccurate information, a fine of 51–85 UAH is provided for citizens, and for officials and public enterprises - 170–255 UAH. For repeated violations, the liability may be higher.
In practice, the average fine imposed by the State Statistics Service in 2020-2025 was about UAH 170. In six years, 228 resolutions were passed for 38,862 hryvnias.
Compulsory statistical reporting was fully restored from July 5, 2025. Therefore, in 2026, enterprises should no longer focus on the deferral regime that was in effect in the first years of a full-scale war.
