The combined income of the ten largest companies that changed their legal address region in 2026 amounted to about UAH 44.1 billion in two quarters, Experts Club calculated on the basis of Opentatabot data.
Parallel-M LTD, which is engaged in fuel import and trade and develops the network of Parallel gas stations, became the largest among them. Its income for the two quarters of 2026 amounted to UAH 9.18 billion. The company changed its legal address from Zaporizhzhia to Poltava region.
The second position was taken by Pokrovske mine management with an income of UAH 6.31 billion, which was re-registered from Donetsk to Zaporizhzhia region.
In third place is "Traveler Kyiv" with an income of UAH 5.22 billion. The company associated with the Podorozhnyk pharmacy chain changed its registration region from the Lviv region to the Kharkiv region.
The combined revenue of the three largest companies was UAH 20.71 billion, or about 47% of the revenue of the entire top ten.
The top 10 also included Halychyna-Tabak with a revenue of UAH 4.26 billion, "STV Center" - UAH 4.12 billion, "Interbusiness" - UAH 3.92 billion, "Arion Trade" - UAH 3.83 billion, "Mars Ukraine" - UAH 2.84 billion, "Sovtrading-L" - UAH 2.28 billion and "SK Energy Group" - UAH 2.13 billion.
The last company became the most active in the number of changes of legal address among large businesses: during three quarters it re-registered four times between Kyiv and Kharkiv region.
The Experts Club notes that the presence in the statistics of companies with billions in revenue shows that the change in legal geography remains relevant not only for small and medium-sized businesses, but also for large enterprises in the fuel, mining, pharmaceutical, trade and other sectors.
At the same time, a change of region in the Unified State Register does not necessarily mean the actual relocation of the main assets or production facilities companies.
